Moona

Moona (Russian: Луна, Luna) is a new character in the animated series. So far, little is known about her. She first appeared in episode 509.

Appearance

Moona is a character of yellow color. She has beautiful orange-colored ears, almost like Moonzy's (the difference is in the design - small curls on each one), and a small hairstyle. There are three spots on her forehead, and the collar at her neck is snow-white. The appearance of Moona and Moonzy are not too different, while at the same time, they each have a unique design.

Both of these characters look like they came from Wonderland.

Story

Just like Moonzy, she fell from the Moon into the Pond at night. After her birth she got out of the Pond and headed to the beautiful cave, where she was found by Moonzy and his friends. Soon they found a name for her and her grandfather agreed to become Mr. Webber. She lived with her grandfather for a while. In the episode “Pumpkin Party” she has a new house — a pumpkin.

Description and personality

Moona, like Moonzy, fell from the moon one day, and a whole different life boiled over in the Forest! After all, Moona is energetic and mischievous, and during the development stage, the name Shalunya (Naughty) was even considered for her. Description of the toy character: "Charming and fun, loves to invent games and travel" and: "She is cute, charming, and very inquisitive". The "Mill" Agency website says that Moona is mischievous, extremely optimistic, but not mean, because she came from the moon. It is noticed that it is easier for her to make friends with caterpillars, as she is more interesting with them. Described as a "sunny creature" and "lively." . Official character description: "Mischievous, fidgety, optimistic. She is truly a sunny creature, albeit from the moon. Moonzy experienced "complex feelings, anxiety and jealousy" associated with the moon. I wonder how Moonzy gets along with Moona, since they are so different, albeit from the same cosmic body?".

With the appearance of Moona, Moonzy will experience new complex feelings, such as anxiety and jealousy. So far, little is known about their relationship.

Woopsie and Poopsie

Moona will be most friendly with them. The character of the caterpillars in the first seasons was very different from her, but in the new, 10 season, they became kinder, as seen in the episodes “ The big beetle” and “Poems to the holiday”.

• In the cave, Moona, like Moonzy, glowed in the dark.
• Unlike Moonzy, after landing in the pond, Moona swam right out.
• She is cheerful, laughs loudly, walks on a wheel when she is happy, and her first desire after "liberation" was to play with her newfound friends.
• Since the animated series did not show her birth scene, her first words are believed to be "Where am I?" when she swam out of the pond.
• Ellie wanted to name Moona "Nectarine", Skip wanted to name Moona "Jumper", and Woopsie and Poopsie wanted to name Luna "Lazybones", and even she herself wanted to name herself "Moonzy".
• In the real world, Moona's name was listed by some outlets as "Moonya"; probably out of habit, as the little girl entered the series later than a character with a similar name.
• Like Moonzy, Moona can breathe underwater. However, it seems that Mr. Webber does not know this, as he was afraid that Moona might drown.
