The Giant Ape is a 10th episode of animated series of Moonzy, published at 2013 year.

Official plot[]

A Giant Ape has ordered the friends to bring eight whole jars of jam on the top of the mountain. Even though Skip is angry because of the demands of this unknown and unwelcome guest, Woopsie and Poopsie claim that they have to bring the jam. Otherwise the Giant Ape will gobble everyone up. As if to prove their claim, a terrible howling is heard. Fortunately, Moonzy's curious nature will soon get to the bottom of all the secrets.

Plot[]

Skip and Moonzy leave the house of wild bees. Suddenly they notice a huge footprint on the ground. When they go down, they find a note near it, which says about a giant ape that came to visit the forest. She demands 8 jars of jam, and that they be brought to a cave under the mountain. Then the caterpillars come and ask about the footprint. The children tell about the ape, and Woopsie and Poopsie are horrified, saying how scary she is, and that she will eat everyone if they don’t give her jam. But Moonzy and Skip don’t think it’s scary, and they decide to treat her to jam.

The boys come to the mountain. Moonzy sees the very cave and decides to go inside and look around, but Skip is afraid. After looking around, Moonzy comes out and says that there are no apes there, and Skip is happy. The boys are about to leave, because there is no ape, and there is no need to give jam. But suddenly a loud roar is heard, and the boys get scared. When the roar ends, another note flies to the friends, which says that if they do not give jam today, the ape will eat them tomorrow. They had to drag it back. After Skip and Moonzy bring the cart, they immediately hide in the bushes and begin to watch. But then caterpillars come to the cart and begin to carry away the jam, and then make the same roar that Moonzy and Skip heard recently. The boys realized that the caterpillars had set it all up, and they begin to run after the caterpillars. During the escape, the cart hits a rock and the caterpillars fly off into a tree. They apologize and say they just wanted some jam.

The next day Granny Annie taught the caterpillars how to make excellent jam. Now they no longer have to make up stories about giant apes.
